Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at nikolasaoun072@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, you will need to:

  1. Purchase your own return shipping label.
  2. Send us a photo of your return label as proof of shipment before sending it back to the supplier.

⚠️ Do not send any items directly to us.
Items sent to our business address will not be accepted or processed.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be charged.
  • Returns must follow the eligibility criteria above.
  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order once your return request is accepted and your return label photo has been submitted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached, and proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds

Once your return label photo has been verified and your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
